No matter if you’re a total beginner who still needs to learn their first push up, or if you’re an experienced athlete, I will be able to create the right plan for you so that you can smash the workouts and achieve your fitness dreams. The programme comes with demos and explanations so you will know exactly what to do, what mistakes to avoid in order to perform each exercise correctly.

Healthy living shoudn't be a chore. Healthy food tastes great, especially when you receive instructions that take into account your culinary preferences. This is an important ingredient of success. We need to strike a balance between caloric intake and exercise. In order to loose weight you need to be on a caloric deficit, but the deficit must not be too big.

1to1 LIVE Personal Training Sessions






Your virtual personal face to face training will take place via zoom, skype, whatsapp or facebook. I will be supervising and guiding you live with your training session, exactly the same as 1to1 training session with a trainer at the local gym, but the advantages are, it is more affordable and you can train anywhere you wish. You just need a phone, laptop or tablet with video camera and microphone, during the workout. If you own any piece of equipment I can integrate it in our routine or I can easily create a plan for you, using just bodyweight exercises.
