" I am 14 and had four weekly sessions with Stefan to maintain my fitness
levels so I was sharp when I returned to my football training/matches
after lockdown 2.
Stefan was really good. There was a lot of variety in the exercises and I
enjoyed working on different muscles. Stefan helped me achieve my
targets and pushed me to work hard. The last session in particular was
my favourite as it was intense. I am hoping to have some more sessions over the Christmas holidays.
